WebCT Questionnaire

The purpose of this questionnaire is to investigate the overall student’s satisfaction level using a new version of blackboard that boasts of new features. In the first section, it will ask participant’s personal information. In the second section, the questionnaire will investigate the level of awareness of student’s instructors. The third section will ask the frequency of new blackboard usage by participants while the last section will explore the satisfaction level of the students using the system.

SECTION II: AWARENESS LEVELS OF INSTRUCTORS

This section will determine the level of instructor competence based on the criteria below

1: Novice- this instructor does not have previous blackboard experience and is only conversant with general instructions.

2: Advanced beginner- this instructor has little experience but his or her teaching experience is suitable

3: Competent: This instructor can analyze circumstances and apply necessary skills efficiently

4: Proficient:  this instructor understands the blackboard very well and can use it in different ways effectively

5: Expert: This instructor shows high awareness level and has intuitive knowledge of blackboard use. He or she is proficient.
