In my view, I think leaders have a duty to stakeholders, not stockholders. This is because stakeholders are the main backbone of every business. Furthermore, they entire into a long term relationship with the stakeholders. Therefore it is the responsibility of a business leader to offer encouraging good and safe products and services. This to strengthen customer’s relationships and improve on their businesses. People tend to claim that stockholders are essential in a business environment. Well, I don’t dispute that fact, but we have to weigh the matter and see how stockholders can survive with their shares minus stakeholders.

Stockholders have to support the business so that they can meet stakeholder’s needs. Without consumers/Stakeholders, a company cannot survive. Any stakeholder intends to help a business survive/succeed. This is because they have in mind that if a business loses they also lose. Activities such as internet-based life and public support are teaching buyers, turning them into speculators. If a customer prefers an item or another idea, they can help their prosperity through support, showcasing and, in any event, financing. If consumers choose to dislike something, they can do substantially more harm than leave; they can take their case to a jury of millions. Owners can demand the business, but consumers own the wealth of the company. However, such a large number of organizations despite everything consider the to be as somebody who strolls through the entryway, purchases an item and leaves. This isn’t about acceptable client assistance; this is tied in with seeing lost worth, day by day. This is tied in with considering being as a partner. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the business owner to maintain an keep their stakeholders intact.
