Write a 4-5 page paper (plus title and reference pages) assessing the value in developing leaders to enhance organizational performance. Include content relating to resolving conflict and problem solving. You can take this topical content in whatever direction is most relevant to your research interests. For example, if your research interest is the role of HR leaders in minimizing employee turnover, you can search for articles more specific to the leadership role of HRM and develop your paper within that context. Minimum of four to six library sources to be used as references.
