Each of you will pre-select an airline for the lecturer’s approval from which you will undertake
your research activities. For this report, you are to conduct the necessary research activities
and submit a research paper containing the following:
1. Description of Airline – A thorough discussion of the airline that includes the following:
the history of the airline, the airline’s organizational structure, and a description of
any on-going or planned projects to increase their market share.
2. Identify the challenges they are facing in the post-pandemic world.
3. Identify the airline management’s responses to the challenges in the post-pandemic
world.
4. Recommendations – As a future aviation professional, what recommendations would
you make to the airline as to how they cab better facilitate changes to meet the needs
of a post-pandemic world.
