He is the seventh sibling and three of his brothers were less than four feet tall, whereas his two sisters and two brothers are of an average height.

Chandra Bahadur Dangi was born on November 30, 1939 and he is a primordial dwarf. In 2012, Chandra Bahadur Dangi met the world shortest woman, Jyoti Amge of Nagpur, India. In 2013, Dangi and Jyoti posed together for the 57th edition of the Guinness World Records.
